Overview
Frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis) is a condition where the shoulder capsule thickens and tightens, causing progressive stiffness and pain. It often develops slowly — and without treatment can take years to resolve on its own.
Dr. Tyorkin shortens that timeline with a staged treatment plan: controlling inflammation early, then progressively restoring motion with targeted therapy. Most patients recover fully without surgery.
